Gebruiksvoorwaarden
Deze voorwaarden gelden voor de aankoop en het gebruik van het filmpakket Youth City Hall van WELT Center.
1. Wie wij zijn
De film Youth City Hall verschijnt onder de naam WELT Center. De verkoop en deze webwinkel worden verzorgd door Maaki Production (Marika Nurmeots), eenmanszaak, ondernemingsnummer 1025.160.237, btw-plichtig, Lantdreef 5, 1982 Zemst. Contact: [email protected].
2. Wat je koopt
Het filmpakket bevat een ticket om de film Youth City Hall te bekijken (37 minuten, Nederlands gesproken, Engels ondertiteld), de kijkwijzer, de affiche als PDF op A3 om zelf te printen, en de WELT-handleiding met verdere links. Alles staat in je account op dit platform.
3. Hoe lang
Je ticket geldt 14 dagen vanaf de aankoop. Daarna is de film niet meer te bekijken. Je kan op elk moment een nieuw ticket kopen. De affiche die je gedownload hebt, mag je houden.
4. Tonen in je klas
Je mag de film tonen in je eigen lessen op je school. Openbare vertoningen, vertoningen buiten de school en het online delen of doorsturen van de film vallen niet onder het ticket. Wil je de film breder tonen? Mail ons, dan zoeken we samen een oplossing.
5. De affiche
Je mag de affiche printen en ophangen in je klas en je school. Doorverkopen, aanpassen voor commercieel gebruik of verder verspreiden mag niet.
6. Prijs en betaling
Prijzen staan in euro, inclusief 21% btw. De betaling loopt via Thinkific Payments (Stripe). Je krijgt toegang zodra de betaling bevestigd is, en een ontvangstbewijs per mail. Heeft je school een factuur nodig? Mail je bestelnummer naar [email protected].
7. Herroepingsrecht
Koop je als consument, dan heb je bij online aankopen normaal 14 dagen herroepingsrecht. Bij digitale inhoud die je meteen krijgt, vervalt dat recht zodra de levering begint, als je vooraf (a) uitdrukkelijk instemt met de onmiddellijke toegang en (b) erkent dat je daardoor je herroepingsrecht verliest. Door je aankoop te bevestigen en meteen toegang te krijgen, geef je die instemming en erkenning. Koopt je school als organisatie, dan geldt het herroepingsrecht niet.
8. Terugbetaling
Een foute of dubbele betaling betalen we terug. Speelt de film niet af door een technisch probleem bij ons en lossen we het samen niet op, dan betalen we je aankoop terug. Mail ons binnen 14 dagen na de aankoop met je bestelnummer.
9. Intellectuele eigendom
De film, de ondertitels, de affiche en alle bijhorende materialen zijn © WELT Center en/of de makers. Je aankoop geeft je een gebruiksrecht zoals hierboven beschreven, geen eigendom of verspreidingsrecht.
10. Beschikbaarheid en aansprakelijkheid
We streven naar een ononderbroken toegang, maar kunnen die niet garanderen. Voor zover de wet het toelaat, is onze aansprakelijkheid beperkt tot het bedrag dat je betaald hebt.
11. Toepasselijk recht
Het Belgisch recht is van toepassing. Geschillen gaan naar de bevoegde Belgische rechtbanken, met behoud van je dwingende rechten als consument.
12. Wijzigingen
We kunnen deze voorwaarden aanpassen. Voor je aankoop gelden de voorwaarden van het moment waarop je kocht.

Terms of Use
These terms apply to the purchase and use of the Youth City Hall film package from WELT Center. If the Dutch and English versions differ, the Dutch version applies.
1. Who we are
The film Youth City Hall is published under the WELT Center name. Sales and this storefront are handled by Maaki Production (Marika Nurmeots), sole trader (eenmanszaak), company number 1025.160.237, VAT-registered, Lantdreef 5, 1982 Zemst, Belgium. Contact: [email protected].
2. What you are buying
The film package contains a ticket to watch the film Youth City Hall (37 minutes, spoken in Dutch, English subtitles), the viewing guide, the poster as an A3 PDF to print yourself, and the WELT manual with further links. Everything is in your account on this platform.
3. How long
Your ticket is valid for 14 days from purchase. After that the film can no longer be watched. You can buy a new ticket at any time. You may keep the poster you downloaded.
4. Showing it in class
You may show the film in your own lessons at your school. Public screenings, screenings outside the school and sharing or forwarding the film online are not covered by the ticket. Want to show the film more widely? Mail us and we will find a solution together.
5. The poster
You may print the poster and hang it in your classroom and your school. Reselling it, altering it for commercial use or distributing it further is not allowed.
6. Price and payment
Prices are in euro and include 21% VAT. Payment is processed by Thinkific Payments (Stripe). You get access once payment is confirmed, and a receipt by email. Does your school need an invoice? Mail your order number to [email protected].
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once delivery has begun, provided that before your purchase you (a) expressly consent to immediate access and (b) acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By confirming your purchase and gaining immediate access, you give this consent and acknowledgement. If your school buys as an organisation, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
8. Refunds
An incorrect or double payment will be refunded. If the film does not play because of a technical problem on our side and we cannot solve it together, we will refund your purchase. Mail us within 14 days of purchase with your order number.
9. Intellectual property
The film, subtitles, poster and all related materials are © WELT Center and/or the makers. Your purchase gives you a right of use as described above, not ownership or distribution rights.
10. Availability and liability
We aim for uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
11. Governing law
Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the competent Belgian courts, without prejudice to your mandatory rights as a consumer.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Your purchase is governed by the terms in force when you bought.
