1. Wie is verantwoordelijk
Maaki Production, Belgische eenmanszaak, ondernemingsnummer 1025.160.237, is verantwoordelijk voor je persoonsgegevens bij aankopen in deze webwinkel (verschenen onder de naam WELT Center). Vragen over je gegevens: [email protected].
2. Wat we verzamelen
- Accountgegevens: je naam en e-mailadres (via het platform).
- Aankoopgegevens: welk ticket je kocht, de datum en het bedrag. De betaling loopt via Stripe; we bewaren je volledige kaartgegevens niet.
- Gebruiksgegevens: welke inhoud je bekeek en de technische logs die nodig zijn om het platform te laten werken.
3. Waarom we ze gebruiken (rechtsgrond)
- Om je aankoop te leveren en je toegang te geven: uitvoering van onze overeenkomst met jou.
- Om aan wettelijke verplichtingen te voldoen (boekhouding, btw).
- Met je toestemming, om je af en toe nieuws te sturen. Die toestemming kan je altijd intrekken.
4. Wie je gegevens verwerkt (verwerkers)
- Thinkific: het platform dat deze webwinkel, je account en de film host.
- Stripe: de betalingen. Kan gegevens buiten de EU verwerken, met passende waarborgen.
- YouTube / Google: de trailer op deze pagina komt van YouTube. Als de pagina laadt of je de trailer afspeelt, kan YouTube cookies plaatsen en gegevens ontvangen volgens het privacybeleid van Google.
Sommige verwerkers zitten buiten de EU. Dan steunen we op passende waarborgen (zoals modelcontractbepalingen). We verkopen je gegevens nooit.
5. Cookies
Deze webwinkel draait op Thinkific en bevat een ingesloten YouTube-trailer, die cookies van derden kan plaatsen.
6. Hoe lang we ze bewaren
We bewaren je gegevens zolang je account actief is, en daarna alleen zolang de wet het vraagt (bijvoorbeeld voor de boekhouding).
7. Je rechten (AVG)
Je hebt het recht op inzage, verbetering, verwijdering, beperking en overdracht van je gegevens, het recht om bezwaar te maken en het recht om je toestemming in te trekken. Mail [email protected]. Je kan ook een klacht indienen bij de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

2. What we collect
- Account data: your name and e-mail address (via the platform).
- Purchase data: which ticket you bought, the date and the amount. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
- Usage data: which content you accessed and technical logs needed to run the platform.
3. Why we use it (legal basis)
- To deliver your purchase and give you access: performance of our contract with you.
- To meet legal obligations (accounting, VAT).
- With your consent, to send you occasional updates. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
4. Who processes your data (processors)
- Thinkific: the platform that hosts this storefront, your account and the film.
- Stripe: payments. May process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.
- YouTube / Google: the trailer on this page is embedded from YouTube. When the page loads or you play the trailer, YouTube may set cookies and receive data under Google's own privacy policy.
Some processors are located outside the EU; where that is the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses). We never sell your data.
5. Cookies
This storefront runs on Thinkific and includes an embedded YouTube trailer, which can place third-party cookies.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as legally required (for example, accounting records).
7. Your rights (GDPR)
